Firstly you need to select on sheets. Drag the fill handle across the cells that you want to fill. If you dont want to use the shortcut keyboard you can use the Fill feature in Excel to apply a formula in an entire column or row.
In this example we need to select the cell F2 and double click on the bottom right corner.
To do this we will use the format painter. 2 CTRL SHIFT DOWN ARROW to select the column data from the cell where you are. The easiest way to apply a formula to the entire column in all adjacent cells is by double-clicking the fill handle by selecting the formula cell. You can use the Paste Special function to multiply a range of cells by a number as follows.
