Select the cells of the data we want to use for the pivot table. Select the data that is to be used in a Pivot table. Go to Pivot Table Tools Analyze Calculations Fields Items Sets.
Once you have created a Pivot Table Calculated Field you can modify the formula or delete it using the following steps.
You will see a pivot table option on your ribbon having further two. From the drop-down select Calculated Field. Go to the ribbon and select the Insert Tab. Click on an empty cell in the Calculation Area.
